But I do love it... let me know what you think of these lavender frocks.
Mila Kunis in Elie Saab
Scarlett Johansson in Dolce and Gabbana
Cate Blanchett in Givenchy - might be my favorite!
Also donning purple - a pregnant Natalie Portman in Rodarte. Not a fan of this on her at all.
Plenty of red as well on Sandra, Anne and Jennifer and a few big flops from typical style stars. Nicole, I'm looking at you. You too Amy.
And could someone please do a tanning intervention with Gwyneth, Valentino and McConaughey among others?
Who had your favorite look?
I love your picks. Cate Blanchett...gorgeous, but less of the leather shoulder extensions! Like me, you did not pick a strapless which look so boring or is it baring in a close up shot!
ReplyDeleteThose are LEATHER? I felt bad for Natalie. I think she should have shown off the bump, but I also think skinny girls get more self-conscious about a few pounds where they aren't normally. (I mean, like, arms, not belly.) Scarlett's would be so much better if you couldn't see panty...or if that's not panty, at the very LEAST it's a mistake.
ReplyDeleteI missed the red carpet, so don't have a favorite yet. But you keep posting so I can catch up. :)
I feel like there was so little to choose from!
ReplyDeleteVal -I'm actually okay with the leather shoulders, I guess if you're going to go big, go big! My favorite part of the dress was the way it moved when she walked up to present the award. D. referred to this dress as the 'torso window'
Amy - I can't believe I didn't notice the panties before. yikes...
And yes, I would like to see a little more of the Portman baby bump, I felt like the neckline and all the fabric was just overwhelming on her.
