blood bones and butter

When I head to the airport this afternoon, I'm hoping to pick up this new memoir from Chef Gabrielle Hamilton of Prune NY. Blood, Bones & Butter was recommended to me by my office neighbor down the hall and sounds like the perfect read for a lover of Pollan and Bourdain.  This excerpt printed in the NY Times is enough to put me over the edge. This is my next read - thanks Stephanie!
